Each program is designed to inspire, teach
and facilitate a change of perspective.
Classroom Format Training
A two-week intensive training on various leadership topics by a selection of experts in each respective field.
Conferences & Workshops
These are thought-stimulating conferences. Four times a year, the ALAC chair travels with a group of speakers of great reputation and integrity (each specialised in their own domain) to teach, consolidate and share their experiences.
Youth Talks
Preparing the next generation to take over the leadership baton is a priority for every leader. Through talks and brainstorming with the youth, ALAC is shaping their minds and igniting their zeal.
